Whether your product doesn't fit or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange.
You can return your product for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
The product(s) must be in the exact conditions you receive it and in their original box.
We will provide you with a domestic pre-paid return label so you can return the product back to us free of charge.
We do not refund any shipping charges you may incur while purchasing or returning the product.
- 1. Log into your account.
- 2. Click on the "Shipped Orders" link.
- 3. Click on the "Return Item(s)" link.
- 4. Select the return reason.
- 5. Choose whether you want to exchange the product or return it for a refund.
- 6. Write any comments that may help us to process your return or exchange (example: if you are exchanging, note down the appropriate size).
- 7. We will send you a pre-paid domestic return label so you can return your product back to us free of charge.
- 8. When your product arrives to our facilities, a product specialist will inspect your return and determine whether it adheres to our Return Policy. All decisions are final. Estimated refund/exchange time: 2-5 business days after we receive the item.
- 9. If the product meets our Return Policy, we will refund your credit card or send you a new product (based on the return action you have selected).If you opted for an exchange and the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
We will only send you an exchange automatically if you have selected "I want to exchange the product" as the return action.
All exchanges must be for the same product (style) you are returning, but you may specify the new size, width, color, etc. you want to receive in the "Comments" section.
